I’m an ICF-certified executive and career transition coach who helps leaders, founders, and creatives find greater clarity, meaning, and authenticity in their work and life. After 17 years in the corporate world—including 13 years at Amazon leading large-scale teams and businesses—I came to realize that while my career was thriving on the outside, it wasn’t the work I was truly meant to do. I felt called toward something deeper, more aligned—and made the decision to trust that call. Today, I partner with others doing the same: whether they’re navigating a major career transition, leading through complexity, or feeling stuck or disconnected from the work they once loved. My approach is conversational, intuitive, and grounded in real-world experience.
