These sessions are focused on navigating the complex, unique challenges and relationship dynamics that executives and entrepreneurs face in today’s rapidly changing work environment. Leveraging my many years as a leader in the corporate world, we will work together to uncover obstacles, behaviors and limiting beliefs that may be getting in your way, so that you can feel more empowered and fulfilled at work. The aim is to help you feel more connected and confident as a leader, expanding the contribution you make to your organization or business, while also advancing your own personal career (and life) goals along the way.

Transition & Career Coaching

In these sessions, we will dig deep to uncover what you are seeking to bring to the world through your work. I will play the role of thought-partner as you create a new vision for your life and career, and then become an accountability-partner and champion as you navigate the decisions and actions needed to make your dream a reality. Working together we will build the momentum and excitement around what’s to come.

Group Facilitation & Team Development

Achieving the best performance in a team or group relies heavily on communication and transparency.  In group coaching sessions, our aim is to help your team achieve clarity, align around a common goal, and achieve long-lasting results more quickly. Working together, we will ensure each member of the team is able to contribute in ways that ensure a greater level of inclusion and buy-in to the decision-making that takes place.
 
As an accredited IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, I also offer team workshops using the Enneagram as a tool in order to help team members gain a deeper understanding of each other and any hidden dynamics that may be getting in the way of success. These workshops always have a powerful impact on the team’s overall commitment to the group and its long-term results. 

Strategic Advising

Sometimes having an objective and independent person outside of your team help you think through an approach to a new situation or a problem can be more effective and productive than working on one’s own. Having someone to bounce ideas off, co-create, think through and diagram solutions can produce better results with less angst. Strategic advising tends to be done in a few focused sessions.
